1. About the Site

Honeybot is a free publishing website featuring fictional, AI-generated adult-oriented content, editorial material and links to third-party websites.

The Site does not provide user accounts, memberships, subscriptions, purchases, chats, user prompts or user uploads. Honeybot may add, remove or change Site content and features from time to time.

2. Adult-only access

The Site is intended solely for adults. You may use the Site only if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have reached the legal age of majority and the minimum age required to view adult content where you live; and
• accessing the Site and its content is lawful in your location.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must leave the Site immediately.

Honeybot may use age gates, third-party age-assurance services, geographic restrictions or other measures where required by law. You must not bypass or interfere with any age or geographic control. Honeybot may block access from a jurisdiction where we cannot reasonably meet local legal requirements.

3. Nature of the content

The Site may contain nudity, sexually explicit material and other content intended for a mature audience. All characters presented as Honeybot AI characters are intended to be fictional adults aged 18 or older.

AI-generated material may contain visual artefacts, inconsistencies, fictional statements or accidental resemblance to a real person. It is provided for entertainment and editorial purposes only. It does not represent an actual relationship or interaction with a real person and must not be treated as factual, professional, medical, psychological, legal or therapeutic advice.

Honeybot does not knowingly publish sexual content involving minors, material designed to depict a minor, intentional deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery or content intended to impersonate a real person.

4. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, Honeybot grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and view the Site for your own lawful, non-commercial use.

This permission does not transfer ownership of any Site content or intellectual-property right.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the Site or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purpose;
• access the Site if doing so is prohibited where you live;
• bypass an age gate, age-assurance check, geographic restriction, security measure or access control;
• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit Site content without written permission;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated downloaders or data-mining tools except as expressly authorised in writing or required for ordinary public search-engine indexing;
• use Site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission;
• attempt to discover source code, interfere with Site operation, introduce malicious code or probe for vulnerabilities;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution or other proprietary notices;
• misrepresent Site content as depicting a real individual or use it to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person;
• use Site content in connection with minors, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual sexual material or any other illegal activity; or
• encourage or assist another person to do any of the above.

Honeybot may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms, our policies or applicable law have been violated.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its selection, arrangement, branding, design, text, graphics, images, video, audio, software and other materials are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Honeybot and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

"Honeybot", the Honeybot logo and associated branding are trademarks or trade dress of Honeybot, LLC. No licence to use them is granted except as needed to refer accurately to the Site.

If specific content includes a separate licence or attribution, that separate notice controls for that content.

7. Likeness, safety and content reports

If you believe material on the Site:

• resembles or impersonates you or another real person;
• contains non-consensual or unlawful intimate material;
• depicts or appears to depict a minor;
• infringes copyright, trademark or another legal right; or
• otherwise violates Honeybot's published policies,

Honeybot may investigate and remove, restrict, replace or leave material available based on the facts, applicable law and our policies. We may request information reasonably needed to locate the material and verify the requester's identity or authority.

8. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The Site may link to creator platforms, social networks, advertisers, products and other third-party websites. Some links are affiliate or commercial links. Honeybot may receive compensation if you follow a link or complete a transaction with a third party, at no additional cost imposed by Honeybot.

We aim to identify advertising and affiliate relationships clearly. Third-party websites are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy policies, content and age requirements. Honeybot does not control and is not responsible for:

• the availability, security or privacy practices of a third-party website;
• third-party content, claims, products or services;
• transactions, subscriptions, payments, refunds or disputes between you and a third party; or
• any loss arising from your use of a third-party website.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. You should review the third party's terms and policies before using its services or making a purchase.

9. Privacy and cookies

Optional analytics or marketing technologies require the choices described in those notices.

10. Site availability and changes

The Site is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site or any particular item will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Honeybot may add, edit, restrict, suspend or remove content or any part of the Site at any time. We may also limit access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

Honeybot does not warrant that:

• Site content will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose;
• AI-generated material will be free from artefacts, errors or unintended resemblance;
• third-party links, products or services will meet your expectations; or
• the Site will always be available, secure or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybot disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybot, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity or business, arising from or connected with the Site, Site content or a third-party website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybot's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or any other matter for which exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honeybot, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your unauthorised commercial exploitation of Site content or your material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Honeybot for Honeybot's own negligence, misconduct or breach of law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims court with jurisdiction. Nothing deprives a consumer of protections or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our business or applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless law requires otherwise.

16. General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Honeybot's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Honeybot may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganisation, sale of assets or other lawful business transfer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site.
